P.T. A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia is one of the subsidiary company of A.W. Faber-Castell, AG Germany, which has been established since 1761, as a pioneer of stationery industry in the world, producing the wooden-case pencils for the office, school, technical drawings and arts with “Faber-Castell” brand, which comply with Faber-Castell International Standards.
P.T. A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia was established on December 10, 1990. The factory is located in Bekasi and the land is about 30,000 m2, the building is about 20,000 m2, and with about 685 employees.
Based on Job order production system, the company supplies all kind of products under the brand name of Faber-Castell and also OEM business. Our products are distributed by sister company of Faber-Castell group and authorized agent, both locally and internationally. Our biggest market is Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe. Currently we supply to our local market around 20% of our total sales. The company’s target is to be the leader in local market for wooden pencil in medium to premium class.
Faber-Castell philosophy is keeping up our outstanding quality, social and environmental responsibility. The Company always makes sure that all products comply with safety and health regulation such as the European Standard EN 71, continuously improve safety and health at work and also develop and produce safety products to customer and also give minimum impact to environment.

Staff Produksi - Bekasi (Jawa Barat)
Requirements
- Male / Female, age between 26-33 years old and single.
- Minimum Associate Expert (D3) from reputable institution majoring in Timber Engineering / Manufacturing / Production / Machinery (for candidates who are still continuing into further education level/ S1 is a plus).
- Mastering the engine machining equipment and CNC program system.
- Mastering the technique drawing with ISO standards.
- Mastering AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, for candidates who can operate the PLC program, ProEng, Solid Work, Catia, 3DMax, etc, is a value-added.
- Can speak and write in English, and is an added value if understand German.
Section Head Painting-Finishing (SH-PF) - Bekasi (Jawa Barat)
Requirements
- Male / Female, age between 26-33 years.
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Manufacturing Engineering from reputable University.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing Industry.
- Able to operate CNC machines with System program and master drawing techniques with ISO standards.
- Preferred to work within hours of shift work (3 shifts).
- Understand the AutoCAD program, PLC, and Microsoft Office a must; understand ProEng program, Solid Work, Catia, 3DMax, etc., is an added value.
- Have a time and motion-related knowledge and understand the basic principles of the mechanism of the machine.
- Having good communication skills and positive work attitude.
- Good in English language skills.
Supervisor Produksi (PS) - Bekasi (Jawa Barat)
Requirements
- Male / Female, age between 32-45 years
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Engineering from reputable University.
- Having a background in Industrial Manufacturing, with a total experience of 7 years and during the last 3 years serving in the position of production supervisor.
- Understand the basic principles and processes of planning and quality control / quality product.
- Possess organizational skills and management, also equipped with the ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
- Have experience of managing> 100 subordinates.
- Preferred to work within hours of shift work (3 shifts).
- Have a proactive attitude and an open-minded, fast learner and work-oriented.
- Having good communication skills and positive work attitude.
- Good in English language skills and know MS Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
