The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. is the largest bank in Japan, which was established on January 1, 2006, with the merger of the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd. and UFJ Bank Ltd. The bank serves as the core retail and commercial banking arm of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group.

History of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi
BTMU dates back to 1880 as the Mitsubishi Bank, Ltd. was founded by former samurai Iwasaki Yatarō, and was a core member of Mitsubishi Group companies. Also, in 1880, the Yokohama Specie Bank was established, which was the forerunner of the Bank of Tokyo, Ltd., established in 1945 with most of Yokohama Specie Bank's assets. In April 1996, the Mitsubishi Bank, Ltd. and the Bank of Tokyo, Ltd. merged into the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd., becoming the world's largest bank in terms of total assets.

In July 2004, Japan's fourth-largest financial group UFJ Holdings, Inc. offered to merge with Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group (MTFG). The merger of the two bank holding companies was completed on October 1, 2005, creating the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group. The core banking units of MTFG and UFJ Holdings, the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd. and UFJ Bank Ltd., respectively, continued to operate separately until January 1, 2006, when two units combined to form the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.

- Graduated from Law studies;
- Have minimum 5 years experience as Legal Officer and specialize in Corporate Banking;
- Have good Legal analytical thinking.
Relationship Manager (R.M)
- Have minimum 3 years experience as Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking and specialize in Transaction Banking, Trade Finance;
- Familiar with Banking product and have experience in developing new banking product.
Credit Reviewer (Cr. R)
- Graduated from Economic or Finance studies is preferable;
- Have minimum 3 years experience as Credit Reviewer and specialize in Corporate Banking;
- Have good knowledge in credit for Corporate Banking area.
Operation Auditor (Op. A)
- Have minimum 3 years experience as Operation Auditor in Banking Industry;
- Have good knowledge about Operation field and Bank Indonesia’s regulation;
- Have experience working in listed Accountant Public Firm is preferable.
HR Planning Staff (P.S)
- Have minimum 3 years experience in handling Recruitment and Compensation & Benefit;
- Advance in operating MS Office programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.

- Have minimum 1 year programming experience using object-oriented languages or object-oriented application development tools such as Eclipse or Visual Studio;
- At least one year experience using SQL with relational database such as MySQL or MS SQL Server.
Accounting Staff (A.S)
- Major in Accounting;
- Have minimum 3 years experience in Banking industry handling reporting especially regulatory report for monthly (LBU) and any other regulatory report;
- Understand about PSAK 50/55 and have experience working in listed Public Accountant Office in handling Banking industry is preferable.
Finance Staff (F.S)
- Major in Accounting;
- Have minimum 2 years experience in handling finance and payment matter for Finance Industry is preferable.
Assistant Relationship Manager (A.R.M)
- Have minimum 1 year experience as ARM in Corporate Banking is preferable;
- Have Japanese language ability is preferable.
Banking Operational Staff (B.O.S)
- Fresh graduate;
