Specifically, PTBC aimed to serve three business groups, consisting of emerging affluent segment (middle), SME and High Net Worth individuals.
PTBC operates more than 176 ATMs and will continue to grow in the future. PTBC is also incorporated in the largest ATM network in Indonesia, namely ATM Bersama and BCA/PRIMA to provide easier access with more than 34 000 ATMs across Indonesia.
PTBC also offers the convenience of shopping through a network of cooperation with debit BCA / PRIMA, so that the Commonwealth Bank ATM card can be used as a debit card at more than 80,000 merchants in Indonesia.
In terms of customer services, PTBC is a bank with the Best Customer Service among all foreign banks in Indonesia for five consecutive years (based on independent research agency Synovate).

Deputy Branch Manager (Location : Jakarta, Pekanbaru)
Key responsibilities:
- Attract, develop and retain potential and existing customers, contributes to the potential and growth of assigned portfolio
- Assist Branch Manager in managing and leading the branch team members by directing, developing and reviewing the mission, objectives and strategy towards growth and target achievement of the branch

Treasury Product Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for Treasury Product development
- Participate in the creation of new products, marketing activities
- Take active role in product setup, launch, training, and maintenance.

- Responsible for the training of new products, features or system related to the treasury product

Product Control Analyst

- Daily reconciliation and production of revaluation (including profit and loss) figures from front end (dealer estimates) through to back end (General Ledger postings and bank management information reporting) and supply with its supplementary analysis.
- Daily and month end business unit financial statements including balance sheet substantiation process.
- Liaising with numerous Business units/departments concerning P&L issues.
- Liaising with regional product controllers concerning guidelines.
- System development projects.
- Maintaining and enhancing control environment.
- Reporting and analysis of key business risk measures pertinent to the FX, MM, ALM and Securities businesses.
