PHE is one of the Upstream Directorate subsidiaries working in the oil and gas upstream business, and is also an upstream business vehicle for managing the domestic and overseas cooperation portfolio in the form of: Production Sharing Contracts (PSC), Joint Operating Body-Production Sharing Contracts (JOB-PSC), Indonesian Participating / Pertamina Participating Interests (IP/PPI) and Badan Operasi Bersama (BOB).
PHE’s overseas working areas covered: Western Desert Block 3,Iraq; Block 10&11.1, Offshore South Vietnam; Block SK-305, Offshore Sarawak, Malaysia; Sabratah 17-3 Block, Offshore Libya; Sirte 123-3 Block, Libya; Block 13, Red Sea, Offshore Sudan; Block-3, Offshore Qatar; and Basker Manta Gummy Block, Australia.
Upstream Activities
The business activities of the Pertamina Upstream Directorate cover exploration, production, and transmission of oil and gas. Other activities are Coal Bed Methane (CBM) and geothermal operations. In addition, Pertamina develops an upstream sector research and technology, and also focuses on drilling services in support of these exploration and production activities.
Pertamina's working areas are mostly located in Indonesia, with others overseas. The upstream business of Pertamina is conducted through own operations and through partnerships. Geothermal and CBM exploration and production are entirely carried out in Indonesia, given that there are abundant geothermal and CBM resources in Indonesia with potential for development.

- Under general supervision of Technical Support Manager
- Responsible for effective coordination and supervision of department performance, budgeting planning & process, cost control, contract, Reporting System within Technical Support Deparment to achieve optimum operations in the most conscious, economical and safely
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Physic/Industrial/ Information Technology
- Minimum 10 years total experience in Oil & Gas Industry
- Advance technical skill : Oil & Gas Operation, and Asset Maintenance/ Budgeting & business planning/ Project & cost management
- Good command in English; written, speaking & reading
- Good communication skill
- Computer literate

Engineer Technical Document Control (ETDC) - Gresik (Jawa Timur)

Requirements:

- Advance technical skill : Familiar with SAP application/ Familiar with basic Process for Oil & Gas/ Knowledgable of Material & Equipment Data Base/Master List
- Excellent computer skill

Engineer Certification - Gresik (Jawa Timur)

- Certification Engineer is under supervision of Coordinator Planning, Inspection and Certification.
- Understand and familiar with Migas regulation, ARS, PJIT, SKPP, SKKP, SKPI, MAWP.
- Ensure that all pipelines, platforms, PSVs, PVs, Cranes, Lifting gears, Rotating equipment, Custody meters, Tools for Custody meters, plant, Life boat, Life raft, etc have valid certificates.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering
- Minimum 7 years total experience in Oil & Gas Industry
- Advance technical skill : Familiar with equipment specification & standard/ Familiar with Migas regulation
- PJIT who do certification
- Understandable of process flow in Oil & Gas Company
- Fluently in English
- Physically healthy (no color blind)
Engineer Pipeline Integrity (EPI) - Gresik (Jawa Timur)

- Pipeline Engineer is under supervision of the Coordinator of Integrity Engineering.
- Responsible to monitor daily pipelines operation, performance, inspection, maintenance, repair, and pipelines re-certification
- Identify and define for safely operation of all pipeline both offshore and onshore related with ROW, community, public facilities such as harbour and Jetties
- Prepare program, SOW, SOP, and evaluation for cleaning pigging, Inline inspection, all shall be refer to HSSE regulation
- Work with Field Superintendent and Field personnel on process system to improve the overall surface facilities performance
- And also work with head of production and head of Maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Physic
- Minimum 7 years total experience in Oil & Gas Industry
- Advance technical skill : Oil Pipeline maintenance & repair/ Understandable of Inline Inspection/ Familiar with Pipeline Specification & Standard/ Knowledgeable of Safety for Pipeline Operation

- Responsible to monitor daily Static surface facilities performance in term of process, chemical, Scada control system, safety process, process optimization, automation, measurement, corrosion analysis for surface facilities, pipelines and RBI .
- Identify and define the facility improvement needs.
- Work with Field Superintendent and Field personnel on process system to improve the overall surface facilities performance.
- Also work with head of production and head of Maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Physic
- Minimum 10 years total experience in Oil & Gas Production fields, as a Process asset Integrity
- Advance technical skill : Oil & Gas Operations/ Production Chemical knowledge/ Process Engineering
