Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa (LKPP) grow from Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik (PPKPBJ) which was formed in 2005. As an Unit Kerja Eselon II in the Ministry of National Development Planning/ Bappenas, PPKPBJ have the task of policy development and regulation of the procurement of goods/ government services, provide technical guidance and advocacy related to the implementation of procurement goods / services of government, and facilitate the implementation of certification exams experts procurement of goods / services the government.

Important role of these institutions, especially in the implementation of state spending, has also been takes place with the presence of similar institutions in various countries such as the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) in the United States, Office of Government Commerce (OGC) in England, the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) in the Philippines, Public Procurement Policy Office (PPPO) in Poland, and the Public Procurement Service (PPS) in South Korea. In fact, in some state agency established by legislation.

On December 6, 2007, Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) established pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 106 of 2007. LKPP domiciled as Lembaga Pemerintah Non-Kementerian (LPNK) which under and directly responsible to The President. In carrying out its duties and functions, LKPP coordinated by Menteri Negara PPN/ Head of Bappenas.

Purpose

  1. Reduce and prevent diversion in the procurement of goods / services;
  2. Achieve efficiency and effectiveness of budget state spent through procurement goods / services;
  3. Increasing the capacity of resources humans who handle procurement goods / services;
  4. Achieve national policy procurement of goods / services that are clear, conducive, and comprehensive;
  5. Increase the capacity organization's Policy Institute Procurement of Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan  Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP).

Task 
Implement the development and formulation of procurement policy / government services.
 
Function
  1. The preparation and formulation of strategies and determination of standard policies and procedures in procurement goods / services of the Government, including the procurement agency efforts in cooperation with government and business agencies.
  2. The preparation and formulation of strategies and determination of policy guidance in the field of human resources in procurement of goods / services of the Government;
  3. Monitoring and evaluation of implementation
  4. Coaching and development of information systems and supervision of procurement of goods/ services of the Government electronically (e-procurement);
  5. Provision of technical assistance, advocacy, and legal assistance;
  6. Implementation of administrative services common in the fields of planning, administration,  personnel, finance and household equipment.

Job Vacancies (Contract Employee)
Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) is a Non Ministry Government Institutions which has the task of carrying out policy development and formulation of procurement of goods / services of the government. This institution was established by Peraturan Presiden Nomor 106 Tahun 2007.

Currently we still need employees to fill several positions.

  1. The selection process consists of stages: the selection and administration, competency assessment, interview users;
  2. Selection is free of charge;
  3. Employment status is not automatic and Contract Employees / Candidates had the privilege of Civil Servants;
  4. Quota assessments and over 120 participants who are determined based on the ranking / ranking highest.

General requirements:
  1. Aged 18-30 years as of January 1, 2012;
  2. Have a minimum TPA score of 525 for S1/D4 and minimum score of 500 for D3 with organizers UPPTPA Bappenas in last 2 (two) years;
  3. Have a minimum TOEFL Score 450 in last 2 (two) years;
  4. Graduate of State University (PTN), College of Foreign Affairs or the Private Higher Education accredited program of study of at least 'B' by Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi;
  5. Physically and mentally healthy;
  6. Integrity;
  7. Ability to work together in teams.
