Bank Ekonomi adalah perusahaan Indonesia yang berbentuk perseroan terbatas dan bergerak di bidang jasa keuangan perbankan. Bank ini berbasis di Jakarta. Didirikan pada tahun 1989. Awalnya bernama Bank Mitra Raharja, lalu berubah menjadi Bank Ekonomi Rahardja. Pada 2009,saham mayoritas dimiliki HSBC.

Didirikan pada tanggal 8 Maret 1990, Bank Ekonomi dinyatakan oleh Bank Indonesia sebagai bank yang sehat selama 24 bulan berturut-turut sejak pembukaan dan tetap bertahan hingga saat ini. Karena hasil evaluasi yang baik, maka pada tahun 1992, Bank Ekonomi berhasil mengakreditasi status menjadi Bank Devisa sehingga bentuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat semakin dapat diperluas dan dikembangkan.

Pada usia yang ke-19, Bank Ekonomi telah memiliki jaringan kantor cabang dan cabang pembantu sebanyak 92 kantor yang tersebar di 27 kota, seperti : Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang, Bogor, Bandung, Cirebon, Semarang, Solo, Kudus, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Malang, Medan, Rantau Prapat, Batam, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Pangkal Pinang, Bandar Lampung, Makassar, Manado, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Pontianak, Samarinda, dan Denpasar.

Saat ini Bank Ekonomi telah berhasil meningkatkan pelayanan dengan On Line System ke seluruh cabang/capem dan penyediaan fasilitas ATM yang tersebar di seluruh lokasi strategis. Bank Ekonomi juga bekerja sama dengan jaringan ATM ALTO dan jaringan ATM PRIMA serta Debit PRIMA. Bank Ekonomi juga menyediakan fasilitas phone banking dan internet banking. Yang semuanya itu ditujukan untuk kepuasan nasabah Bank Ekonomi.

Bank Ekonomi terus mendukung nasabahnya dengan penambahan jaringan cabang yang sekarang ini terbentang di 27 kota termasuk pembukaan cabang-cabang yang terakhir di Manado, Pangkal Pinang, dan Kudus menjadikan total jumlah cabang menjadi 92 kantor cabang.

Pada tanggal 22 Mei 2009, HSBC Asia Pacific Holdings (UK) Limited telah berhasil menyelesaikan akuisisi 88.89% dari kepemilikan Bank Ekonomi. Pada hari ini, Bank Ekonomi sudah resmi menjadi anggota dari Grup HSBC, yang memiliki lebih dari 9500 kantor di 86 negara dan teritori dengan aset US$2.527 miliar (tertanggal 31 Desember 2008), yang sekarang ini merupakan salah satu institusi perbankan dan layanan keuangan internasional terbesar di dunia.

All of which are aimed at customer satisfaction of Bank Ekonomi.

The bank continues to support its customers with the addition of the current branch network spread across 27 cities including the opening of branches of the latter in Manado, Pangkal Pinang, and Kudus bringing the total number of branches to 92 branches.

On May 22, 2009, HSBC Asia Pacific Holdings (UK) Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of 88.89% of the ownership of Bank Ekonomi. On this day, Bank Ekonomi has officially become a member of the HSBC Group, which has more than 9,500 offices in 86 countries and territories with assets of U.S. $ 2,527 billion (dated December 31, 2008), which today is one of the banking and the largest international financial services in the world.

JNE is an express and logistics courier services company, originated from Indonesia. Its official name is Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (Tiki JNE). Nowadays, Tiki JNE is better known as JNE. The name "JNE" is an abbreviation for "Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir", which is Sanskrit language meaning "blessed lane courier". Its headquarters is located in Jakarta.

In 1991, JNE set up its own international network by joining the International Air Transport Association (IATA), which allows JNE to offer delivery services worldwide. As the company was focussed on international deliveries, JNE joined hands with other courier companies in Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Hong Kong, by forming the Association Courier Conference of Asia (ACCA).

Due to intense competition on the home market, JNE decided to focus on domestic networking. By TiKi's domestic network and its name, this gave JNE the opportunity and competitive advantage over its domestic competitors. Therefore, JNE expanded its domestic operations and network. In the upcoming years, JNE expanded its services by its operations in logistics and distribution and launched a special services.

Over the years both JNE and TiKi grew and became two large entities, with its own direction. Because of this evolvement, both JNE and TiKi became competitors. Eventually, it was decided that JNE should be a company on its own, thus having an own management, objectives, etc. Because of this evolvement, JNE launched a new marketing policy with new logo in order to distinguish themselves from its association with TiKi.
