- GPA > 2.75 for Engineering position or GPA > 3.00 for Non-Technical position
- Physically healthy and has no body disabilities
- Willing to be placed on all unit of PT Indonesia Power
- Willing to follow the working bond for 5 (five) years since the Training of Prajabatan
- Willing not to married during the Training of Prajabatan
- Willing not to married with PT Indonesia Power's employees if you are accepted
- S1 level of applicants MAY NOT choose to D3 level positions (down grade)
