Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta - UNY or Yogyakarta State University is a largest state university located in Sleman, the Province of Yogyakarta Special Territory. The University was established in 21 May 1964 under the name of IKIP Yogyakarta. In 4 August 1999 the College's name changed into current name. Currently UNY operated 7 faculties, consist of Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Languages and Arts, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Economics, and Faculty of Sports Sciences. UNY also operated graduate study programs (Master’s and Doctoral degrees) with 16 study programs.
