PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk - Bank Mandiri is the Indonesian largest banking services company. The Bank was established in 1998 and operated as a state owned company (BUMN). Bank Mandiri's majority shares owned by the Government of Indonesia  with 66.68% shares. Other 33.22% shares holds by Public. Bank Mandiri operated 6 business directorates, namely Institutional, Corporate, Treasury, Commercial & Business, Consumer Finance and Micro & Retail Banking. To support micro banking business segment, Bank Mandiri in 2011 added 434 units of Micro Outlets. As of December 2011, the Bank served micro customers through 1,888 micro outlets throughout Indonesia. Total credit portfolio for micro business in 2011 rose by 62.1% to Rp11.84 trillion. The Micro & Retail Banking Directorate also disbursed Public Enterprise Credit (KUR) of Rp1.15 trillion, in particular through cooperatives, Public Credit Banks (BPR) and farmers group in 2011.
