Due to rapid expansion, PT BAM Decorient Indonesia are currently seeking the best candidates to join as following positions below :
Project Manager (PM)
Requirements
- Min S1 in Civil Engineering from an accredited and recognized university
- 5 to 10 years practical experience in civil or marine construction
- Analytical and organization skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Requirements
- Min S1 in Civil Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience as a site manager in civil or marine construction
- Throrough knowledge of contract specifications, planning, budget, construction process, HSES and quality requirements. materials, equipment and tools
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Requirements
- Reputable university degree in civil or architectural engineering
- Min of 8 years experience on construction projects (oil and gas related projects are preferred)
- Good understanding of Indonesian construction standards and product specifications. Knowledge of international standard (BS, EN, American) is an advantage
- High level of safety awareness as per international safety standards
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Requirements
- Proven track record in purchasing/procurement management roles and responsibility for procurement spend in excess of USD50 mio
- At leasr 10 years procurement experience several of which are construction related
- Knowledge of Asian market place for marine, land based civil and building products, vendors/suppliers and sub-contractors
- Fluent in Engilsh (spoken and written) and Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese is strongly preferable
Requirements
- Min S1 in Engineering (preferable from civil engineering)
- Good command & reporting skill in English and Bahasa
- Familiar with Civil Engineering and International Codes (SNI, BS, ACI, ASTM, JIS, AS etc)
- Able to prepare Method Statements, Quality Plans, ITP, Check list forms, NCR and other quality documentations
- Knowledge or certification in welding inspection would be and added value
- Having experience in precast facbrication would be an advantage
- Min 4 years experience in QC field (project based) in construction company
(Location of assignment : Singapore or Jakarta)
Requirements
- Min D3 in polytechnics with min 5 - 10 years relevant experience
- Min D3 in civil engineering with max 3 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge in (diesel) engineer overhauls / reasonable knowledge on hydraulics on electronics
- Experience with drdockings/class survys/repairs of tug and barges
- Able to communicate in English
