Requirements
- D3/S1 degree in Computer Informatika from a reputable university with min GPA of 3.00
- Age 24 - 28 years old
- Min have 4-5 years of working experience in Human Resources Department, preferavly those have joined EPC Company
- Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance apparsial and human resource information system (HRMS)
- Able to work independently and systematicaly
- Has good soft skills with good ability to eploy personal-relationships working with related parties/departments
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Mature, analytical, and decisive
- Sincere, and must have passion to learn
