PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or Garuda Indonesia is the national airline of Indonesia. Is the name of the mythical Garuda bird puppet in the legend. Garuda Indonesia began in the 1940s, in which Indonesia is still at war against the Dutch. At that time, Garuda flew special lane with the DC-3 aircraft.
Dated January 26, 1949 is considered as the anniversary of this airline. At that time the airline's name is Indonesian Airways. Their first aircraft named Seulawah or Gold Mountain, named after the famous mountain in Aceh. Funds to purchase the aircraft is derived from donations of the people of Aceh, the plane was bought for 120,000 dollars in Malaya which is equal to 20 kg of gold. The airline continued to support Indonesia against the Dutch until the revolution ended. Garuda Indonesia flight monopoly gain concessions from the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in 1950 from Koninklijke Nederlandsch-Indische Maatschappij Luchtvaart (KNILM), the national airline Dutch East Indies. Garuda is the result of a joint venture between the Government of Indonesia with the Dutch airline Luchtvaart Koninklijke Maatschappij (KLM). At first, the Government of Indonesia owns 51% shares and during the first 10 years, the company is managed by KLM. Because of nationalist coercion, KLM sell part of its stake in 1954 to the Indonesian government.
The Burmese government a lot to help the airline is in the early days of this airline. Therefore, when the airline was unveiled as the company on March 31, 1950, the Burmese government donated a Garuda DC-3 aircraft. At first, Garuda has 27 aircraft, educated staff, airports and flight schedules, as a continuation of KNILM. This is very different from other pioneering companies in Asia.
on May 28, 2010, Garuda Indonesia officially launched the new uniforms for flight attendants / pramugaranya. stewardess uniforms inspired from the traditional kebaya with batik motifs slopes are equipped with blue kebaya style Kartini at the top. additional costumes for the stewardess, including an orange-colored batik motif slope with orange kebaya. men wearing gray suit, blue shirt and tie brand. This uniform was designed by Josephine Komara.

Mini Rice Tumpeng Archipelago, and martebe juice (passion fruit, and eggplant dutch), has become a sign of Garuda Indonesia's new cuisine. Requirements:

- GPA min. 3.00
- Education min. S1 from Reputable Universities in Accounting department/ major
- Preferably with experience in Public Accounting Firm (KAP) min. 1 year
