Requirements:
- Male, maximum 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Preferably: graduate from Diploma 3 Polytechnic
- Having at least 3 year(s) of working experience specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Preferably from Building Material Manufacturer. Job role in Production Supervisor
- Well known about ISO 9001 and 14001
- Strong leadership and managerial skills in lean manufacturing
- Experience in managing > 100 subordinates
