- Domiciled in Bangka Belitung Islands, in accordance with National Identity Card (KTP) or born in Bangka Belitung Islands
- At least education : High School (SLTA), Vocational High School (SMK), D1, D3 and S1
- Maximum age 25 years on January 31st, 2012 for high school/ vocational high school, BST Certificate and D1
- Maximum age 27 years on January 31st, 2012 for Certification of ANTD & ATTD and D3
- Maximum age 30 years on January 31st, 2012 for Certification of ANT III & ATT III and S1
Able to operate computer programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
