PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is a state-owned company in Indonesia which are engaged in transport services and managing the harbor ferry crossing for passengers, vehicles and goods. The company's main function is to provide public transport access between the adjacent islands as well as unify the larger islands as well as providing public transport access to areas that do not have to accelerate the construction of crossings (crossing pioneer).
History
In 1973, PT Indonesia Ferry (Persero) project named ASD Ferry and then turns into Perum ASDP in 1986 and subsequently in 1993 to PT ASDP (Persero). Shift of the status of a Perum ASDP into Limited Company mean that the pattern of his efforts are expected to compete with private companies or business entities other countries without leaving its function as a provider of pioneering crossing.
On August 5th, 2008, witnessed by Deputi Bidang Usaha Logistik dan Pariwisata Kementerian Negara BUMN and Vice Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi/ KPK), PT Indonesia Ferry (Persero) signed an Integrity Pact implementation of structural changes that marked the beginning of a change the company name and logo of PT ASDP Indonesian Ferry (Persero) to PT Indonesia Ferry (Persero), redefinition of the vision and mission, affirmation main business, supporting business creation, revitalization and investment production equipment, the total restructuring and strategic business plan. All these are part of the implementation of business transformation program that is expected to change the position of PT Indonesia Ferry (Persero) became state-owned company that can contribute to the country.

- Maximum age is 28 (twenty eight) years old as of January 28th, 2012
- Not married yet (single)
- Education minimum is Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Minimum GPA 2.75 (State College/ Perguruan Tinggi Negeri) or at least GPA 3.00 (Private College with min. "A" accreditation)
- Able to operate computer min. MS. Office
- Preferred fluent in English
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Willing to be placed throughout the office/ region of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero)
