Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science
- 7 + years of direct Security enterprise software sales experience
- Knowledge of the territory
- Proven history of exceeding software sales quotas through strategic selling skills
- Comfort with an enterprise and transactional sales model
- Experience and credibility selling at the CxO and senior sales business manager level
- Technical acumen but with the ability to relate it with business value
- Excellent qualifying and closing skills

- Proven track record on closing seven figure transactions
- Ability to build strong and continuous partner relationships
Remote Center Engineer - Jakarta
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–3 years of practical customer support experience in an Enterprise IT environment having ISS/Windows platforms
- Should be able communicate at different levels of the customer's organization to describe the problem and resolution scenario
- Ability to stay focused under pressure and meet tight timelines
- Analytical problem solving skills and good team player
- Advantage if able to troubleshoot complex problems in Wintel/Linux environment
- Should be well-versed with the theory of operation and troubleshooting skills in the following areas: HP Proliant Server, HP Blade systems (p-class, c-class), Windows
- Advantage if have working knowledge in the following areas: Linux, Storage–tape drive/Library, LAN/WAN, Dell/IBM server
- Will be an added advantage to have following certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)

Job description
Role and Responsibility:
- Provide technical solution to enterprise customer via phone/web
- Validate customer contract entitlement and log a case for phone customer
- Accurately diagnose the customer reported issue; help resolve it over the phone/recommend part for customer self solve/recommend part and dispatch engineer onsite for repair
- Provide high standard in customer service
- Achieve high performance in key metrics
- Share best practices and technical knowledge obtained thru training/during problem solving with the rest of the team
- Participate in projects for self development
- Contribute technical subject articles in knowledge management database
- Participate in marketing promotion and programs to encourage customer to adopt new HP initiatives; Provide possible leads for potential sales/contract
- Strong soft skill to encourage customer to perform troubleshooting steps/convince customer on firmware/driver upgrade
