Universitas Gadjah Mada - UGM or Gadjah Mada University is one of the oldest and largest state university in Indonesia. UGM based in Yogyakarta and currently lead by Prof. Dr. Pratikno, M.Soc.Sc. The Gadjah Mada University was established in 1949 based by the Government Regulation Number 23 Year 1949. The University formerly supported by 6 faculites and currently operates 18 faculties, namely Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, Animal Science, Biology, Cultural Sciences, Dentistry, Economics & Business, Forestry, Geography, Law, Math and Natural Sciences, Medicine, Engineering, Pharmacy, Philosophy, Psychology, Social and Political Sciences, and Veterinary Science. UGM also supported by 69 undergraduate programs, 24 diploma programs and a Graduate School. In December 2000, Gadjah Mada University has taken a new status as a state-owned legal entity.

Requirements
- At least a first level University degree (Bachelors degree), preferably advance level (Postgraduate degree);
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience with project development, implementation, monitoring & evaluation, and management;
- Having experience with grant-making management is preferable
- Good English including writing, presentation and communication skills;
- The priority will be given to those with UGM background, either working or studying or both.
- Demonstrated ability in computer programs (computer literacy), specifically basic programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.
- Must have excellent communication and facilitation skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- He/she must have good organizational and planning skills.

- Minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in development project by international donor;
