The company can produce various kinds of pesticide formulations, such as emulsifiable concentrate, soluble liquid, granules, powder, suspension concentrate and ready-made baits.
Types of products that have been produced are insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, rodenticides, akarisida, molluscicides, fumigant, growth regulators, surfactants, termitisida, attractants, complementary liquid fertilizer, biological fertilizer, decomposers, probiotic fish and livestock.

- Maximum age 25 years old (as of January 31st, 2012)
- Education from D3, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Has the cumulative GPA : 3.0 (scale of 4.0)
- Preferred mastering English
- Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind
- Not bound to other agencies work
