- GPA minimum 2.75 (scale 4)

- Trengginas and have a passion for advanced (for job position 1-7)
- Having the experience of the organization (for job position 1-7)
- Able to operate a minimum of MICROSOFT OFFICE PROGRAM (for job position 1-7) and AUTOCAD (for job position 1-5)
- Age not exceeding 28 years on December 5, 2011 (for job position 1-7)
