The Company's name changed into PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines in 1975. The Company's based in Jakarta and supported by 4 subsidiaries, namely PT Mega Cargo, PT Prathita Titian Nusantara, PT Turangga Titian Nusantara, and PT Wisata Titian Nusantara. The Company also supported by Merpati Training Centre and Merpati Maintenance Facility. As of February 2012, Merpati Airlines supported by 37 fleets and operated in more than 87 destinations in Indonesia.In March 2012, the Company launched "Tahun Emas Merpati Nusantara" program. Through this program, Merpati provides OTP (On Time Performance) guarantees called "On Time Guarantee".
