Engineer - Mining (Kalimantan Selatan/ Kalimantan Timur)
Description
Reporting to the Senior Mine Engineer, this position will provide mine planning services and technical support so as maximize productivities in the most cost efficient manner, while ensuring a safe professional environment is maintained.
Requirements
This position requires at minimum of Bachelor degree of Mining; a minimum of 1 year experience as Mine Engineer in the area of mining industry; proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Xpac will be an advantage; interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate. Having strong motivation, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
Engineer - Cost Control (Kalimantan Selatan)
Description
Reporting to the Senior Engineer - Cost Control you will assist in providing analytical process, improvements, and supporting for Infomine System implementation on site; Validation all report from Infomine System regarding production result, time allocation, cost code allocation and others data related; support in control function such as budget setup, cost analysis, progress value, forecast and review weekly/monthly report for functional departments and projects – from start up to completion.
Requirements

Engineer - Civil (Kalimantan Selatan)

This position reporting to Senior Civil Engineer.Responsibilities for this position to provide technical supervisory, planning and technical design for construction works to ensure achievement of quality standard and control utilisation of construction material and other resources to maintain cost awareness and work schedule compliance to achieved the target.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a relevant bachelor degree in civil engineering with minimum 2 years' experience in similar role; good command of the English language; computer literacy; able to work as a team; and able to work under pressure.
Chief Security (Kalimantan Tengah)
Description
Residentially based in BHP Haju Road Project and reporting to Site Administration Manager, you will responsible to to lead and manage security officers as per team assigned at site. To secure buildings and protects against theft, vandalism, inappropriate entry, fire hazards, acts of violence. Manage the investigative internal and external criminal violations and all suspected or suspicious incidents as per practices and standards that may become security issues. Establishes security patrol priorities and evaluate security officers performances as per team. Supervise and maintain to check and ensure all areas are safe and secure. Arrange security planning in cooperation with Local Police. Evaluate security officers performances. Interact with external security. Coordinates and monitors activities of visitors and general public
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to have minimum Degree from Senior High School with minimum of 3 year experiences in similar role to manage the property room for lost and found items and oversees disposition of unclaimed items. Supervisor Planning (Balikpapan)
Description
The scope of your role will include but not be limited to supervise maintenance planners through guidance and coaching to ensure all objectives are achieved; assist the Plant planning superintendent to ensure that the key function of the group are met; manage projects to ensure continuous improvement of plant systems, processes and performance; support Planning group to develop and streamline maintenance management system and processes.

To be successful in this role you will need to have tertiary Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Thiess apprentice graduated with engineering or maintenance management qualification with analytical skills/experience; have skill in extensive mechanical trade experience and/or extensive planning/ engineering experience; exposure to maintenance management tasks; experience with component performance and cost analysis. You should have skill in data gathering and Analysis; effective report writing; excellent excel skills; understanding of heavy equipment; maintenance management philosophies, method and principles; familiar with ERP and condition monitoring techniques and data. Plant Engineer Machine Health Analyst (Balikpapan)
Description
The scope of your role will include but not be limited to optimize component life through the application of health activities; provide equipment health intelligence to the maintenance planner to determine optimal repair/change out intervals in the short to medium term; provide equipment health recommendation and follow up recommendation to be action by site plant operation; monitor health activity include items such as oil analysis, filter cutting, magnetic plug inspection, VIMS/ET/MIC/VHMS data analyst, etc.; generate guidance to the onsite staff assigned to assist; generate report; cause of failure and identify appropriate actions to prevent future failure.

Description
Reporting to Senior Supervisor – Data Center, you will responsible to provide support and monitoring for Thiess network equipment and telecommunication equipment and services; maintain day to day operations of Thiess communication/network equipment and the related system/infrastructure; prepare technical proposal or design as requested; contribute to ICT Data center Monthly Report and provide other report as required.

Requirements for this position, bachelor degree in computer science/information technology or related subject with minimum 3 years experiences in networking (LAN and WAN) area; minimum 3 years experiences in telecommunication system (IP Phone and PABX); strong technical understanding of Telecommunication/Network Infrastructure and the supporting system/infrastructure; willing to participate in weekend roster; strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Manager - Operations Supply Chain (Balikpapan)
Description
The scope of your role will include but not be limited to develop and maintain Supply Chain Systems and infrastructure; actively identify and implement new initiatives, technology or practice with demonstrated benefits; provide support to all beneficiaries of Supply chain, continuously seek feedback and provide input in system improvements and liaise with stake holders for implementation; ensure Supply Chain procedures are maintained and continuously updated in the company’s Technical Management System (TMS); oversee and constantly improve the Supply Chain data management system to ensure it enables the most effective, efficient and measurable supply chain; manage purchase orders from conversion of requisition to approval and release; manage Expedite purchase orders to delivery; manage purchase order price and quantity mismatches to invoicing; ensure sites have an accurate stock of appropriate parts and materials for the site and supplier warehouses stock parts in accordance with their contract; interface with logistics on site to ensure parts and materials are delivered, stored and issued safely and correctly.
