Wismilak Group (dengan nama resmi PT Gelora Djaja) adalah sebuah perusahaan rokok yang berpusat di Surabaya, Indonesia.

PT Gelora Djaja merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan yang tergabung dalam PT Wismilak Inti Makmur atau yang lebih dikenal dengan WISMILAK GROUP. Pada tahun 1962, dengan menempati lokasi di Jl. Petemon Barat Surabaya, PT. Gelora Djaja memulai kegiatan usahanya dibidang rokok dengan dikeluarkannya SKT (Sigaret Kretek Tangan) dengan merek “Galan”. Pada tahun 1967 PT. Gelora Djaja memulai produksi rokok “Wismilak” diawali dengan dibukanya cabang di Jl. Putro Agung. Seiring perkembangan perusahaan dan respon positif dari “market” pada tahun 1984, PT. Gelora Djaja menempati gedung dan lokasi baru di Jl. Buntaran 9 Tandes dan memualai produksi SKM (Sigaret Kretek Mesin). Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan beroperasinya PT. Gawih Jaya yang didirikan pada tahun 1986 untuk membantu kelancaran distribusi produk-produk dari PT. Gelora Djaja. Sehingga dengan kehadiran PT. Gawih Jaya, PT. Gelora Djaja tidak lagi menangani masalah distribusi tetapi diserahkan sepenuhnya dibawah bendera PT. Gawih Jaya.

Selanjutnya untuk lebih memfokuskan diri ke produk SKT Galan, pada tahun 1998, PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur mendirikan PT. Galan Gelora Djaja yang berlokasi di Jl. Karang Bong 999 Sidoarjo. Untuk mendukung unit produksi pusat, beberapa unit SKT di daerah seperti Jember, Bojonegoro, Petemon dan Buntaran 18 tetap diperlukan keberadaannya. Sedangkan PT. Puteri Gelora Djaja didirikan beberapa waktu kemudian, bergerak dibidang percetakan yang sekaligus menangani pasokan kemasan pack rokok untuk produk-produk PT. Gelora Djaja dan PT. Galan Gelora Djaja.

Untuk mendukung PT. Gelora Djaja, beberapa gudang yang berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan tembakau yang berasal dari petani juga sangat dibutuhkan sebagai pendukung proses produksi antara lain di Madura (Pamekasan dan Sumenep), Gresik, Bojonegoro, Lombok dan Tamanggung. Sedangkan untuk keperluan logistik yang berfungsi sebagai penyimpanan rokok siap jual terdapat di Gresik dan Jakarta.

PT Indosat Tbk., sebelumnya bernama PT Indonesian Satellite Corporation Tbk. Per Juni 2011, komposisi kepemilikan saham Indosat adalah: QTEL Asia (65%), Pemerintah Republik Indonesia (14,29%), Skagen AS (5,57%), dan publik (15,14%). Indosat juga mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Bursa Saham New York.

Indosat didirikan pada tahun 1967 sebagai Perusahaan Modal Asing, dan memulai operasinya pada tahun 1969. Pada tahun 1980 Indosat menjadi Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang seluruh sahamnya dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Hingga sekarang, Indosat menyediakan layanan seluler, telekomunikasi internasional dan layanan satelit bagi penyelenggara layanan broadcasting.

PT Satelit Palapa Indonesia (Satelindo) didirikan pada tahun 1993 di bawah pengawasan PT Indosat. Satelindo beroperasi pada tahun 1994 sebagai operator GSM. Pendirian Satelindo sebagai anak perusahaan Indosat menjadikannya sebagai operator GSM pertama di Indonesia yang mengeluarkan kartu prabayar Mentari dan pascabayar Matrix.

Pada tanggal 19 Oktober 1994 Indosat mulai memperdagangkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek di Indonesia, dan Amerika Serikat New York Stock Exchange.

Indosat merupakan perusahaan pertama yang menerapkan obligasi dengan konsep syariah pada tahun 2002. Setelah itu, pengimplementasian obligasi syariah Indosat mendapat peringkat AA+. Nilai emisi pada tahun 2002 sebesar Rp 175.000.000.000,00. dalam tenor lima tahun. Pada tahun 2005 nilai emisi obligasi syariah Indosat IV sebesar Rp 285.000.000.000,00. Setelah tahun 2002 penerapan obligasi syariah tersebut diikuti oleh perusahaan-perusahaan lainnya.

Memasuki abad ke-21, Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan deregulasi di sektor telekomunikasi dengan membuka kompetisi pasar bebas. Dengan demikian, TELKOM tidak lagi memonopoli telekomunikasi Indonesia. Pada tahun 2001 Indosat mendirikan PT Indosat Multi Media Mobile (IM3) dan menjadi pelopor GPRS dan multimedia di Indonesia, dan pada tahun yang sama Indosat memegang kendali penuh PT Satelit Palapa Indonesia (Satelindo).

Pada akhir tahun 2002 Pemerintah Indonesia menjual 41,94% saham Indosat ke Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte. Ltd.. Dengan demikian, Indosat kembali menjadi PMA. Pada bulan November 2003 Indosat melakukan penggabungan usaha tiga anak perusahaannya (akuisisi) PT Satelindo, PT IM3, dan Bimagraha, sehingga menjadi salah satu operator selular utama di Indonesia

Indosat menyediakan kantor pelayanan Indosat yaitu Galeri Indosat yang sudah banyak tersedia di hampir seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Galeri Indosat tersebar di berbagai regional di seluruh Indonesia, seperti regional Jabodetabek & Banten, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur dan Bali Nusra, Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Selatan, Kalimantan dan Sulampapua.

PT Indosat Tbk was established by the Government on November 20, 1967 as a foreign investment company to provide international telecommunications services in Indonesia and began commercial operations in September 1969 to build, transfer and operate an International Telecommunications Satellite Organization, or Intelsat, earth station in Indonesia to access Intelsat’s Indian Ocean Region satellites for a period of 20 years. As a global consortium of international satellite communications organizations, Intelsat owns and operates a number of telecommunications satellites.

Following regulatory changes in the Indonesian telecommunications industry in 1999 and 2000, we began implementing a strategy designed to transform us from being Indonesia’s primary international telecommunications provider into a leading, fully integrated telecommunications network and service providerin Indonesia. In 2000, the Government’s introduction of the Telecommunications Law, which encourages industry liberalization, directly impacted our business. In 2001, as part of the Government’s initiative to restructure the telecommunications industry, we entered into an agreement with Telkom to eliminate our respective crossshareholdings in several operating subsidiaries, including :
  • our acquisition of Telkom’s 22.5% ownership interest in Satelindo;
  • Telkom’s acquisition of our 35.0% ownership interest in Telkomsel; and
  • our acquisition of Telkom’s 37.2% ownership interest in Lintasarta and the purchase of Lintasarta’s convertible bonds held by Telkom.

On November 20, 2003, we merged with Satelindo, Bimagraha and IM3 and all assets and liabilities of such legacy subsidiaries were transferred to us on such date. Since entering the Indonesian cellular market through our acquisition of Satelindo and establishment of IM3 and the subsequent integration of such companies in 2003, cellular services have become the largest contributor to our operating revenues.
