Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- Monitor the implementation of Management System within M&S Directorate
- Developing the Policies & Procedures in order to increase effectiveness & efficiency within M&S Directorate
- Involve in building conducive working environment by organizing, assisting or participating in all initiatives that related to Staff Engagement
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree from any discipline (from reputable university)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Marketing & Sales
- Experienced in a field related to Marketing & Sales System & Process
- Experienced in management system implementation
Computer literacy:
- MS Office, Lotus Notes
Language:
- Good command in English both oral & written
Other qualification/skills:
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Detail & Solution oriented person
- Have a high endurance & perseverance
M&S System Management Executive - Jakarta
Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- Implement M&S Management System by fostering the usage of available tools, in order to increase Directorate’s effectiveness & efficiency.
- Manage M&S System (SAP, Qlickview, Microsoft Office, STARS, SFCD, etc.)
- Optimize and/or enhance the content of each M&S System and also ensuring the system to support the business process
- Encourage the usage and impact of M&S System to business result, especially cross department user
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree from any discipline (from reputable university)
Experience:
- Three years working experiences
- Experienced in a field related to Marketing & Sales System & Process
- Experienced in IT System (SAP, Qlickview,STARS, SFCD) or MIS is an advantage
Computer literacy:
- MS Office, Lotus Notes
Language:
- Good command in English both oral & written
Other qualification/skills:
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Excellent in analytical skill

Territory Sales Officer (Job Code: TSO) - Indonesia
Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- Maintaining and expanding building materials in his/her territory (meeting targets), providinge direction to (distributor) salesmen as well as provide support for Area Sales Coordinator
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Experience in sales supervisory minimum 2 years
- Experienced in FMCG industry and building material industry
- Able to work under pressure
- Target oriented
- Energetic and willing to travel
- Good skill in communication and influencing others
- Willing to be located in all around Indonesia
