Commercial Property General Manager - Tangerang

- Commercial Real Estate Management & Development Company that represents investors in a variety of developments acquisitions, sales and lease transactions. Also provides commercial property management

Job Duties
- Ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of commercial properties to include malls, hotels, hospitals and newly developed projects

Requirements
- Male/ Female
- Min Bachelor Degree any discipline
- IT Savvy, Excellent English proficiency, good appearance, max 45 yaers old
- Prefer 3-5 years commercial property management or sales and leasing experience.

Process Maintenance Staff (Code: SysPro) - Tangerang

Qualification
- Have experience in business process, process improvement, total quality management, and ISO
- Female, min S1 Information System or Industrial Engineering
- GPA min 3.00
- Good Interpersonal Skill & Prefer have 1 year exp in the same field (Fresh Grad welcome to apply)
- Detail Oriented
- Preferably domiciled near Lippo Karawaci (Tangerang area)

Job Description
- Formulate and standardize company policy
- Analyze business process to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of management process
- Review and develop procedure, work instruction, and perform document control.
- Drive the implementation of quality strategy, ensure the quality system, processes and procedures are implemented.
- Collecting user requirements of application development.
