Tempo Group or PT Tempo Scan Pacific (TSP) is the parent company (holding company) which has several pharmaceutical companies al PT Tempo Scan Pacific, PT Supra Ferbindo Farma, PT Indonesian Pharmaceutical Industries, etc.

TSP was founded in May 1970, with the old name of PT Scanchemie, by PT Tempo Trading Company and PT Indonesian Pharmaceutical Industries.

Tempo Group that was founded in 1953 is a business group engaged in the production, marketing, and license holders of pharmaceutical products, Nutrasetikal, Healthcare, Cosmetics, and Soft Drinks with famous brands such as: Hemaviton, Bodrex, Oskadon, Neo rheumacyl, Bodrexin, Zevit-C, NEO hormoviton, Contrexyn, Vidoran, Revlon, Estee Lauder, Clinique, Aramis, Marina, Claudia, Total Care, SOS, Pritho, Barclay, Fraser & Neave (F & N), and others.

In 1994, the Company became a public company, listing a total of 75,000,000 shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). In 1995, the said total number of shares became 150,000,000 shares, due to the change of the nominal value of each Company’s share from Rp. 1,000 to Rp. 500 per share (stock split).
Further in 1998, BEI agreed to list 300,000,000 shares of the Company’s shares coming from its First Limited Public Offering, hence the Company’s total number of listed shares became 450,000,000 shares.

In 2006, the total number of listed shares increased to 4,500,000,000 shares due to the change of the nominal value of each Company’s share from Rp. 500 to Rp. 50 per share (stock split).
On 31 December 2010, more than 95% of the Company’s shares were owned by PT Bogamulia Nagadi and the remaining almost 5% were owned by the public with respective ownership of less than 5%.
At the end of 2010, the Company’s market capitalization was Rp. 7.695 trillion.
As of 31 December 2010 the Company has approximately 5,400 permanent employees.

Core Business Divisions 
The Company has three core operational divisions:
  1. Pharmaceutical Division
  2. Consumer Products and Cosmetics Division
  3. Distribution Division
and last but not least a Supporting Division to create internal synergy to avoid duplications among other investment allocations and human resources, in the area of Information Technology, Procurement, Advertising & Promotion, Research & Development and Property Management.

MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES (Code: MSR) 
Responsible for scientific detailing and promotion activities to health providers, especially to obgyns, internal medicines, pediatricians and midwives(bidan). 

Job Requirements :
  • University gradute or at least Diploma degree (3 years).
  • Has a minimum 1 years experience as medical representative of leading pharmaceutical company.
  • Has a good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Familiar with computer applications.
  • Understand English.
  • Willing to work hard.
  • Ready to be placed in major cities in Java and Sumatera.

SALES AND PROMOTION MANAGER (Code: SPM) 
Responsible for sales and promotion activities, manage and lead Medical Sales Representatives team throughout Indonesia. 

Job Requirements :
  • Graduate from reputable universities.
  • Preferably in medicines, pharmacy or other life sciences.
  • Has a minimum 5 years experience in managing sales and promotion team of leading pharmaceutical company or as a Branch Manager for distribution of pharmaceuticals and herbal products.
  • Good command of English.
  • Familiar with computer applications.
  • Has a good leadership and communication skill.

REGISTRATION MANAGER FOR FOOD, FOOD SUPPLEMENT AND HERBAL PRODUCTS (Code: RM - FFSHP) 
Responsible for the registration of food, food supplement and herbal products. 

Job Requirements :
  • Pharmacist from reputable universities.
  • Has a vast experience in registration of pharmaceuticals, food, food supplement and herbal products.
  • Familiar with regulatory aspects of food and drug registration at BPOM.
  • Has a good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Willing to work hard and has good initiative.
  • Familiar with computer applications.
  • Good command of English.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR FOOD, FOOD SUPPLEMENT AND HERBAL PRODUCTS (Code: PDM - FFSHP) 
Responsible for the development of new product formulation of food, food supplement and herbal. 

Job Requirements :
  • Pharmacist.
  • Preferably a post graduate from reputable universities.
  • Has minimum 5 years experience in leading the development of food, food supplement and herbal products with leading pharmaceutical companies.
  • Familiar with bioequivalent in correlation with in vitro dissolution rate studies.
  • Has good command of English.
  • Familiar with computer programs and applications.
  • Willing to work hard.
  • Has a good leadership and managerial skill.

FORMULATION MANAGER FOR PHARMACEUTICALS (Code: FMP) 
Responsible for the development of pharmaceutical product formulation and production process improvement. 

Job Requirements :
  • Pharmacist.
  • Graduated from reputable universities.
  • Has minimum 5 years experience in the development of pharmaceutical product formulation.
  • Familiar with bioequivalent in correlation with in vitro dissolution rate studies.
  • Good command of English.
  • Familiar with computer programs and applications.

FORMULATION MANAGER FOR HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS (Code: FMHP) 
Responsible for the development of household product concepts and formulations. 

Job Requirements :
  • Pharmacist or Chemist from reputable universities.
  • Preferably from overseas post graduate.
  • With a minimum 5 years experience in developing household product concepts and formulations.
  • Smart and has good analytical thinking.
  • Pleasant personality.

IT BRANCH ON SITE SUPPORT (Code: ITOSS) 
Responsible as IT representative in branches covering system maintenance, IT hardware and infrastructure maintenance. 

Job Requirements :
  • Reputable University Graduate majoring Industrial/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferable with minumum GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00).
  • Age maximum 28 years old.
  • Strong IT background with deep IT knowledge in IT hardware and infrastructure.
