  • Familiar with ISM code and OMI requirements
  • Proficiency in English both spoken & written (Mandarin, Japanese is an advantages)

Key Responsibilities:
  • To prepare/maintain the vessel's budget and control the spare parts and others consumable materials
  • To keep and maintain the vessel's condition as Class requirements
  • To take responsibility of the validity of ship's certificates
  • To prepare the dock repair list, get quotation from yards and attending vsl's docking
  • To check and select spare part and store's requisition
  • To monitor and make sure the ISM code implementation and OMI preparation on board
  • To inspect vessels and maintain updated and accurate inventory list at least 2 times a year
  • To assist fleet control in general fleet monitoring matters
  • To assist fleet in general repairs, and other relevant ship management matters
  • To visit vessels, vendors, suppliers, dockyards as necessary
  • To assist company in relevant new building vessel
  • To assist company in relevant vessel sale and purchase matters

Marine Superintendent
Key Requirements:
  • Master degree in ANT I major
  • Proficient in report writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft program
  • Having OMI experienced
  • Min. 5 years as Chief Officer for tanker/LPG vessel with International trade
Job Responsibilities:
  • Company Security Officer (CSO) as per ISPS code, for vessels' assigned
  • Attending to shipboard visits / inspections / surveys as per Company's policy and submit written reports to the Marine / Safety Manager
  • Issuing necessary instructions pertaining to vessel safety matters
  • Vetting of ships' monthly returns and plan vessels future requirements
  • Monitoring vessels survey status pertaining to deck, cargo gear, LSA and FFA equipment
  • Vetting of charts and publications requisitions
  • Verifying that the maintenance is being carried to in accordance to the PMS
  • Liaise with Masters on charts / publications updating navigational issues
  • Informing vessels of National, Class International regulations and rules in force
  • Informing vessels of Company's policy and regulations in force
  • Liaise with Masters on maintenance of LSA / FFA equipment
  • Providing Masters with navigational information where required
  • Conducting vessel's inspection to confirm compliance with National/International regulation ( MARPOL, SOLAS, STCW and ILO etc ).
  • Implementing the ISM Code and OMI preparation

Accounting Staff 
Key Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
  • Familiar with accounting system

  • Preparing voucher for all expenses
  • Preparing and processing voucher out of Operation

Legal Officer
Key requirements :
