Responsible for managing overall Sales, Service, Credit and Collection process from strategy planning to operational execution by implementing excellent risk management and customer services to achieve the branch target. The ideal candidate should be competent in managing resources and planning business strategy and vision.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelod Degree from reputable university

  • Maximum age of 33 years old

  • Having minimum of 3 years previous relevant experience at similar position

COLLECTION HEAD - JAKARTA
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing collection function in the branch in accordance with company policies and procedures to minimize bad debts and optimizing the overall assets management.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university

  • Having mininimum of 3 years previous relevant experience at similar position in financing company or banking

Description of Work
Responsible for the analysis process a credit application with reference to specified criteria, procedures and policy risks. Taking credit approval decisions in accordance with applicable provisions.

  • Capabilities in a systematic and critical analysis, willingness to learn, insights on the process of credit, the courage to take credit decisions, team player and high integrity

CREDIT HEAD - JAKARTA
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing acquisition function on branch credit decision in accordance to company policies and procedures through optimal portfolio management. Previous experience in credit analysis and recommendation is a must

  • Have a minimum of 2 years previous relevant experience in similar position

Description of Work
Responsible for handling accounts receivable problems. Daily tasks include monitoring accounts receivable and charging bucket by telephone in accordance with applicable procedures to ensure customers meet their obligations while maintaining quality of service.

Description of Work
