Executive, Planning East Java - Balom & Kalimantan
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide transmission network design, link capacity & IP addressing plan, end to end TX connectivity.
  • Maintain transmission DB (map info) and update database files (Frequency Plan, Bandwidth requirement and plan, redundancy, etc) on monthly basis.
  • Keeping the track of Transmission equipment planned and ordered, and gives the feedback of the spared, used, and planned equipment.
  • Support Geo-Marketing and RNP Plan.
  • Keep close coordination with all the concerned departments and prepare the plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the SA/RE to select the sites for MSC, MGW, SDH hub etc.

  • Organizing Security and Safety operation in Jakarta Area and reporting to GM SRM Department

  • Reviewing survey report from RAN vendor and or DAS Provider, consist of RF Survey, LOS Survey and CME Engineering Survey.
  • Reviewing DAS (Distributed Antennas System) schematic diagram, and provide some suggestion for design improvement.
  • Perform In-Building DAS (Distributed Antennas System) acceptance test and measurement, such as: VSWR, Return Loss, Insertion Loss, and Po (output power) measurement.
  • Perform Huawei and Ericsson RBS and Transmission acceptance test.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, coach and set goals for the team to ensure the company objectives, goals and target are met or exceeded.
  • Manage, supervise and audit all Managed Service vendors providing Field Maintenance services to ensure they meet KPI and SLA, improve the quality of their work and service to customer.
  • Control and approve preventive and corrective programs provided by MS vendors. Organize, lead and control audits concerning preventive and corrective maintenance activities executed by MS vendors. Regular check of TT progress and apply corrective measures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible to provide real estate facility to deliver IBC sites and key sites available for network roll-out project, and for network operations
  • Coordinating and monitoring Regional Office SA Managers/Coordinators during the processes of site searching, SSR approval, negotiation & PKS (Rental Agreement) signing with landlord, community permit, IMB permit, and any other required permit/licenses to acquire the site
