PT Bank Commonwealth ("Commonwealth Bank") is a subsidiary of Commonwealth Bank of Australia ("CBA"). CBA initially made its presence in Indonesia by opening a representative office in 1990.

Deputy Branch Manager (Location : Jakarta, Pekanbaru) 
Key responsibilities:
  • Attract, develop and retain potential and existing customers, contributes to the potential and growth of assigned portfolio
  • Assist Branch Manager in managing and leading the branch team members by directing, developing and reviewing the mission, objectives and strategy towards growth and target achievement of the branch
  • Assist Branch Manager to monitor and evaluate implementation of people assessment, feedback, coaching, training, career planning and development and performance based rewarding to ensure understanding, development and execution of the bank service standards
  • Ensure that control/process & procedure aspect in branch are implemented, to protect the Bank from loss and ensuring that high audit standard are maintained
  • Ensure that key positions during the year are filled in time with qualified staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Having at least 3 (three) years experience as Marketing Funding in Local or Foreign Bank

Treasury Product Manager
Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Treasury Product development
  • Participate in the creation of new products, marketing activities
  • Take active role in product setup, launch, training, and maintenance.
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the current products policy and procedures
  • Responsible for the training of new products, features or system related to the treasury product
  • Formulate product development strategies/plans for the business
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline (preferably majoring in Economics) from reputable university
  • Must have minimum 3 years experience in treasury product (preferably from the largest local bank)
  • Pleasant personality, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Own good judgment, initiative and problem solving skills

Product Control Analyst
Key responsibilities:
  • Daily reconciliation and production of revaluation (including profit and loss) figures from front end (dealer estimates) through to back end (General Ledger postings and bank management information reporting) and supply with its supplementary analysis.
  • Daily and month end business unit financial statements including balance sheet substantiation process.
  • Liaising with numerous Business units/departments concerning P&L issues.
  • Liaising with regional product controllers concerning guidelines.
  • System development projects.
  • Maintaining and enhancing control environment.
  • Reporting and analysis of key business risk measures pertinent to the FX, MM, ALM and Securities businesses.
  • Running and reporting scenario analysis on the market risk positions held by the FX, MM, ALM and Securities Cash businesses.
  • Supporting the business by ensuring that accurate closing market parameters are uploaded into the risk management system the end of day.
  • Investigation and resolution of discrepancies between front and back-office systems.
  • Identifying, advising and supporting the business on accounting, regulatory and booking issues.
  • Understanding the end to end flow process and the implication to financial statements and reporting.
  • Ensure the implementation of local and IAS.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Banking and Economy from reputable university
  • Having 2 years experience in Product Control
  • Strong knowledge of product control and have a solid understanding of Treasury products related to FX, MM, ALM and securities
  • To be proficient in accounting and have knowledge of IAS
  • Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment

Personal Lender
Key responsibilities:
To assist Branch Manager in managing and leading the team members in achieving the branches business target especially for consumer lending products, by building strong, sustainable and profitable relationship with customers at proper risk management, in accordance with the company's mission and vision

Requirements:

  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Min 1 years experience in selling KPR

Credit Analyst Officer
Key responsibilities:
Provide credit assessment, deciding and support the credit management towards the Commercial Credit Analyst Manager. Responsible for the assessment, approval and management of Credit Risk exposures in line with the internal policies and the external regulations and (if applicable) under the delegated authority.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university
  • At least 3 (three) years experience in SME/Commercial Lending within a full service bank, preferably within a Risk Management role
  • A good understanding of the Bank of Indonesia Regulations and general law relating to lending and securities
  • Sound financial analysis skills
  • Ability to command a PCAA commensurate with the role
  • Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills with an ability to manage risk in a commercial environment
