PT. Bahana Artha Ventura (BAV) is the subsidiary of Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT. Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia that focuses on the development of Micro,Small, and Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives by way of disbursing financial facilities and assistance to conduct a sound business practice. 

Our Vision is to become the prominent venture capital enterprise in Indonesia as the partner for the SMEs. In order to achieve this goal we have set our Mission to become the business partner for SMEs by disbursing financial facilities and providing active assistance in terms of management ability development for the SMEs.  

In a couple of years BAV has accelerated the development of SMEs in Indonesia. BAV has been successful in tapping the local potentials to be developed through a number of financing programme, management assistance dan marketing support. This success is also attributed to the support given by the government and other parties dedicated to develop the SMEs sector.

The government support in terms of financial support can be listed as follows:

  • Disbursement from the loan from Japanese Exim Bank in 1996
  • Investment Fund Account Loan
  • Initial Capital Equivalents since 2001

Credit Review Head Micro Finance (CR) (Kantor Pusat) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all risk management activities throughout the unit.
  • Ensure the credit analysis performed in accordance with existing rules.
  • Improve the quality of human resources in the field of risk management
  • Monitoring of collection activities throughout the unit
Requirements:
  • Minimum education S1 all the majors
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Credit Reviewer or Collection Manager at Bank or non-bank financial institutions.
  • Understand well the problems of Credit Risk Management in Micro Finance
  • Able to motivate the team
  • Leadership has a good ability
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Communicative, proactive and have a high initiative
  • Area Placement : Jakarta Office

Accounting (ACC-BAV) - Jakarta
Requirements:
  • Male with bachelor in Accounting from a reputable university, min ipk 3.00
  • Have min. 2 years of working experience. Preferably have experience at public accountant office and financial institution.
  • Comprehend taxation (calculation & reporting)
  • Comprehend financial statement and company's consolidated statements
  • Able to develop budget/financial projection.
  • Deep understanding on PSAK and have ability to develop projection.
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as team
  • Proactive and high initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Adaptive and fast learner
  • Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)

Human Resource (HR BAV) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Handling massive recruitment, collaboration with outsourcing company
  • Design and coordinate training activities
  • Handling industrial relation issue
Requirements:
  • Male with bachelor degree (minimum)
  • Having deep knowledge on Human Resources activities (Recruitment, Training, and  Compensation & benefit)
  • Having experiences as Human Resources (minimum 2 years), preferably have experience at financial institution.
  • Having good persuasion, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team Player
  • Proactive and high initiative
  • Computer literate (especially Microsoft office).

Quality Assurance Head / Internal Audit Head (QAH) (Kantor Pusat) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Develop systems and procedures to be applied in all of Quality Assurance Unit
  • Coordinating all activities of Quality Assurance in order to make sure the process that has been run in accordance with existing rules
Requirements:
  • Minimum education S1 from any major
  • Having experience as an Internal Audit/ Quality Assurance in the bank or financial institution min 3 Years
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Have good leadership skills
  • Communicative, proactive and have a high initiative
  • Able to operate computer
